4.1 Training Services

Refunds for training services are available only if cancellation occurs at least 7 calendar days before the session start date. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days following approval. Alternatively, clients may opt to transfer their enrollment to a future session within 12 months without additional cost.

4.2 Informational Products

Due to the digital nature of informational products, refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact us to resolve them.

4.3 Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers may request to the product or defer shipment upon prior arrangement.

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule training sessions must contact SoulMaxValue through the contact form. Requests made less than 7 days before the session may incur a fee or forfeit payment, except in cases of emergency or as otherwise agreed.
